Requirements for Wakanda Real Estate clients to access Mortgage Loan (to buy our properties through mortgage loan) with a repayment period of up to 25 years.
The details are as follows:
Single Digit Interest Rate: Starting from 1% to 4.9% per annum)
Employees:
Salary (UAE Residents): AED10,000 ($2,740 USD) – AED15,000 ($4,110 USD) Minimum Monthly Salary
Salary (Non UAE Resident): AED25,000 ($6,850 USD) Minimum Monthly Salary
Self Employed To Get Property for Sale In UAE:
Self Employed/Entrepreneurs/Business Owners (UAE Residents): AED40,000 ($11,000 USD) Monthly Turnover
Self Employed/Entrepreneurs/Business Owners (Non UAE residents):
AED50,000 ($13,700 USD) Monthly Turnover
Age Eligibility and LTV
Resident (Expat): (21-65Yrs) (80% ltv 1st property up to AED5m or $1.36m USD)Resident (UAE national) (21-70Yrs) (85% ltv 1st property up to AED5m or $1.36m USD)Non Resident: (21-70Yrs) (60% ltv)
Note: Salaried clients should be a permanent employee who has passed the 6 month probation period.
We will require the documents as follows to get Property for Sale in UAE:

Self employed clients length of business should be at least 3 years. Documents required are as follows:
